Product Introduction

The digital terminal height gauge accommodates terminals up to 8 mm in size, with measurement data transmitted directly to the machine or server and compared against the target crimping height. If the measured value deviates from the target or no height is measured, the machine will not proceed to the next production step. All measurement data are provided via the WPCS interface.

Currently, it can connect to automatic crimping machines from most manufacturers (such as Komax, Sonig, Haichang HBQ‑802, Zhixin ZX‑205, and others), and it can also interface with production software. Until the terminal crimping height has been measured, it cannot generate the process card for the corresponding wire type. Additionally, it supports various secondary verification functions that can be implemented later, helping to reduce the workload of on-site inspection personnel.
