Product Introduction

The ZX-429 is an electric wire‑stripping machine capable of processing cables with cross‑sectional areas ranging from 0.05 to 6 mm² and maximum outer diameters of 6 mm. It can handle cables of various sizes without any mechanical adjustments. Operators simply select the desired cable size via the touchscreen, and the machine automatically prepares for processing; the corresponding parameter settings have been pre‑programmed into its memory. Once the cable end reaches the sensor, the device initiates the stripping process.

Characteristics

Miniaturized design: The device features a compact design and lightweight construction, allowing it to be easily moved and positioned by a single person.

Diversified production: It accommodates cable processing of various specifications and employs a dual‑blade configuration, with the upper blade used for processing. For ordinary wires of 2 mm² and below, use for cutting. During processing For standard wires of 2 mm² and above, custom blades can also be substituted to process special wire types.

User-friendly operation: Open‑type production parameter setting window, with multi‑recipe configuration and storage capabilities, enabling quick setup and recall during production changeovers. ;

Operational Safety: Fully enclosed production mode ensures operational safety. ;Multi-level encryption and multi-tiered access control are implemented to ensure that critical data remains intact and unaltered;

Multi-Interface Transmission: Can be adopted RJ45 and RS485 interfaces enable connectivity to the MES system, and data can also be backed up via the USB port.
