Its functions include terminal crimping, optional insertion of waterproof plugs, optional CCD visual inspection of terminals, wire twisting, and tinning. The machine features a modular layout, delivering high efficiency and easy commissioning. It is equipped with terminal pressure monitoring, optional CCD visual inspection of terminals, and optional anti‑mistake measures such as NG‑part cut‑off and optional micrometer and tensile‑force gauge to prevent defective parts from leaving the line. The equipment can be integrated with the factory’s MES, and its key components are sourced from reputable domestic or international brands to ensure reliability. The ZX‑G501 Fully Automatic Crimping and Tinning Machine (2nd Generation) comprises one main unit, one wire feeder, and a take‑up reel (custom‑made to customer‑specified lengths). The main unit can process wires ranging from 20 to 9,999 mm in length and conductors with cross‑sections from 0.04 to 2 mm². Its maximum throughput reaches 3,600 pieces per hour. The wire feeder can accommodate up to 400 spools of wire (on drums), and includes a pre‑feeding function to eliminate variations in wire length.
