The ZX‑G502 fully automatic double‑head crimping machine (second generation) is a fully automated wire‑harness processing device for crimping terminals on both ends. Its functions include terminal crimping, optional mid‑stripping, optional waterproof plug insertion, optional terminal CCD visual inspection, optional sheath insertion, and optional rotary stripping. The machine features a modular layout, delivering high efficiency and easy commissioning. It is equipped with terminal pressure monitoring and optional terminal CCD visual inspection to prevent defective products from leaving the line. Key components are sourced from renowned domestic or international brands, ensuring the equipment’s reliability.

The ZX‑G502 fully automatic double‑head crimping machine comprises one main unit, one wire feeder, and a wire collector (custom‑made to the customer’s specified length). The main unit can process wires ranging from 35 to 9,999 mm in length and with cross‑sections from 0.1 to 2 mm². Its maximum processing speed reaches 3,400–3,600 pieces per hour (for double‑head crimping only; without the optional mid‑stripping function). The wire feeder can accommodate up to 400 spools of wire on its drum, and it features a pre‑feeding mechanism to prevent variations in wire length. Optional accessories include a tension gauge and a digital micrometer.
