The ZX‑G512 fully automatic double‑head single‑wire crimping and casing machine is a wire harness processing device that performs fully automated terminal crimping and double‑head single‑wire casing. Its functions include terminal crimping, stud insertion (optional), pressure management, terminal CCD visual inspection (optional), wire‑stripping CCD inspection (optional), terminal insertion‑pull‑out force testing, double‑head casing, multi‑layer casing, and cross‑casing. It is suitable for processing automotive wire harnesses and home appliance/electronic cables. The machine features a modular layout, delivering high efficiency and easy commissioning. Equipped with optional features such as terminal pressure detection, wire‑stripping CCD inspection, core‑wire count CCD detection, terminal visual CCD inspection, terminal insertion force testing, and terminal pull‑out force testing, it effectively prevents defective products from leaving the line. Key components are sourced from renowned domestic or international brands, ensuring reliable performance. The ZX‑G512 fully automatic double‑head single‑wire crimping and casing machine comprises one main unit, one wire feeder, and a take‑up reel. The main unit can process wires ranging from 100 to 700 mm in length and with cross‑sections from 0.04 to 2 mm². The wire feeder can accommodate up to 400 spools of wire (reels) as input material.
