The ZX‑G515 Fully Automatic Dual‑Head Multi‑Wire Housing‑Insertion Machine (2nd Generation) is a fully automated system for crimping and inserting terminals onto multi‑wire harnesses, with options for tinning the wire ends or inserting housings. It is suitable for automotive wiring harnesses, home appliance and electronic cables, and ribbon cables. The machine features a modular layout, delivering high efficiency and easy commissioning, and supports rapid changeovers—completed in as little as one hour. Optional equipment includes terminal pressure monitoring, peel‑off CCD inspection, terminal visual‑appearance CCD inspection, terminal‑position CCD detection, and an NG‑cutting fail‑safe mechanism to prevent defective parts from exiting the line. Key components are sourced from renowned domestic or international brands, ensuring the machine’s reliability.
